PARTS PROFESSIONAL

Ferri Equipment is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Professional to lead daily parts department operations and support both customers and technicians. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy, organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily parts department operations and inventory

  • Support customers and technicians with accurate parts sourcing

  • Supervise parts staff and maintain efficient workflow

  • Coordinate with service and sales teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous parts department experience (equipment or related industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing inventory and computer-based systems
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
